You need to activate the sim card before you can use it. These are the steps that you need to follow to activate the card.

STEP 1
Go to Tunetalk Dealer Website by clicking on this link.
You would have received the dealer code and password in the email we sent you after you registered. If you do not have it, please contact your upline or your service center.

STEP 2
Login into the TUNETALK DEALER website using the dealer code and password you received in the email when you registered.
Click on PREPAID REGISTRATION as shown in the image below.
A new page will open up. There are 4 parts to this page. Let me explain what you have to do in each of these parts.
Part 1:- Online Order (Optional)
Leave this part blank. Don't fill anything here. See the image below.
Part 2:- Read Tune Talk SIM
Enter the last 8 digits of the Serial Number found in your sim card. You can find this number on the back of your simcard. There will be 16 numbers, but all you have to type in is the last 8 digits.

Part 3:- Personal Details
Type in your personal details. It is compulsory to fill all of the blanks that has an asterisk (*). The blanks that does not have an asterisk are not compulsory.
For Malaysians: Choose NRIC as Identification
For Non Malaysians: Choose Passport as Identification.
Part 4:- Choose your own Tunetalk Number.
You can now choose your own Tunetalk number. To those of you who would like to retain your current prepaid number (012, 013 etc), you still need to register a number with Tunetalk first. I will show you how to port your current number to Tunetalk later.
To choose your preferred number, just click on the black boxes that is below the red box. It will show you the available choices. Click on the choice that you like and that digit will be added into the red box. Repeat until you get your preferred number.

Once you have selected your number, click the REGISTER button.

STEP 3
Break and remove the portion that goes into your handphone from the sim card. Insert the sim module into your mobile phone and send out an sms or make a call to any number.
YOUR SIM CARD IS NOW ACTIVATED
P/S: Remember to top up your sim card. The sim module contains RM8 worth of talktime. You would have received a voucher with your sim card. This voucher contains RM30 worth of talktime. Tear the voucher carefully and follow the instructions in that voucher to top up another RM30 into your sim card.
